CIS: A dedicated partner for The Green Odyssea

At the heart of our photo exhibition, Fribourg’s Centre d’Intégration Socioprofessionnelle (CIS) plays an essential role, combining social expertise and environmental commitment. Discover how this social enterprise contributes to making this event a unique and meaningful experience.

A mission of inclusion and sustainable development

Founded in 1962, CIS is much more than just a company. It is a private, non-profit foundation dedicated to the professional integration of people with disabilities. With more than 140 employees on disability pensions, CIS embodies inclusion in everyday life.
What sets CIS apart is its ability to combine a social mission with a commitment to the environment. One of the many examples is CIS’s Atelier Vert. Dedicated to market garden production and the upkeep of green spaces, it bears witness to this desire to contribute to a more sustainable future.

A key role for The Green Odyssea and our outdoor exhibition

As part of this exhibition, CIS contributed its expertise in a number of areas:

  • Support: CIS provided logistical and graphic support to set up and run the exhibition.
  • Production and logistics: CIS handles the production of the photographic prints, as well as packaging and shipping.
  • Environmental awareness: CIS contributes to the educational aspect of the exhibition, offering concrete perspectives on the preservation of the environment through its day-to-day actions.

A partnership with multiple benefits

This collaboration between CIS and “The Green Odyssea” creates a unique synergy:

  • For CIS: A valuable opportunity to showcase the skills of its employees in a meaningful and inspiring project, while reinforcing its environmental commitment in a concrete way.
  • For The Green Odyssea: The assurance of a reliable, ethical partner aligned with our values of nature conservation and social inclusion.
  • For the public: An enriched experience, where photographic art blends with a concrete social and ecological approach.
